I believe we all have those sales that are just a bit more important or gratifying than others. The sale of this condo happens to be just that way for both parties. The sellers have waited years and two other agents prior to me. Not over priced in fact lowest on the mountain. Sellers would not reduce their price and I did not request them to because I saw the value where it was priced.
Prospective buyer asked me what was wrong with the condo because it was so low priced and had been on the market for so long. Spoke for quite a while and honestly explained that the condo was in perfect condition with new appliances and everything someone would look for in a Ski Resort getaway. I told her I had YouTube and Tour Factory that would help show the layout of the small studio even better than the listing pictures. This is where fate walked in.
Jenna got back and told me this was perfect and could not understand why it had not sold. The difference was, I explained, she had taken the time to ask rather than 'assume'. Here is the kicker. In the YouTube I had some pics of the mountain and some of the years activities that take place. One of the pictures of a Fireworks Show had been taken a couple years before. Guess who was in this picture from a couple years before? You guessed it ! Jenna the prospective buyer. With that she stated it was meant to be.
Today it is recorded and Jenna has already nick named her getaway as 'Jenna's Dream'. Quite apprapro considering she had told a friend 4 years ago she was going to have a condo at Schweitzer one day. Congratulations again to both buyer and seller. Thank you both.
