I've been doing these "Bus Tours" of foreclosure and Short Sale Homes in the area for two months now, so I thought it might be a good time to do a recap. Here are all of the posts which feature "Black Friday" distressed pricing in Pasco County--a really good cross-section of what's out there right now for under 100K.
