Maybe- just maybe things are getting better, finally! In the last 2 weeks I have put 2 new listing on the market, have a contract on one and have 2 more coming in this next week! I have 3 buyers who are at various stages in the process, none with contracts yet, but maybe sometime soon. I am getting a lot of traffic on my web site and have been maintaining my page 1 Google search status for Brentwood TN Real Estate, my area search terms. Feast or famine seems to be the way of the business normally but this sure has been a wild ride the last few months!
How are things where you are???
Here's hoping we have a bit of "feast" time coming!

I'm slammed ! I just listed another today ( 3 this week ) and have 4 buyers all making a decision on what house with offer pending. I am so tired I cannot see straight, my house looks like a Hurricane just plowed through it, the laundry is taller than I am ( hush up Vanessa, don't even say it ) my husband thinks I am a figment ( omg, is that a word or spelled right ) of his imagination. If there is new traction on my website I will get to that around midnight and as if you couldn't tell I am totally running on Coffee and Pepsi ! Ahhhh but it's so much better than a month ago !
