Your adventure will begin on their midway. While waiting in line you will be entertained by their famous DJ (Doc Adams), and be able to challenge your skill at one of their trademark games. You will then begin your tour on the banks of Lake Hickory where you will board one of their boats in the New Haunted Boat Adventure. The boat will take you across the lake to a state of the art 32,000+ cu/ft. haunted house where you will be terrified by some of the industry best actors, animatronics, pneumatics, pyrotechnics, and visual effects.

About Lake Hickory Haunts
Lake Hickory Haunts LLC. is an extreme haunted attraction that covers 32,000+ cu/ft of enclosed haunted buildings, a haunted boat ride, and a bonus 600 ft. of haunted trail that brings you within a monsters grab of Lake Hickory. They incorporate the uses of many different types of effects and technology that will leave your senses mesmerized. Lake Hickory Haunts LLC. is an ever growing and ever changing action packed guided skit, and self-guided walkthrough tour, through the imaginations of some of the most talented scare engineers in the industry.
History
Lake Hickory Haunts LLC. is proudly owned and operated by two brothers, Scott and Joshua Settlemyre, both whom are from the Hickory area. Scott was an original member of the Hudson Jaycees and a cast member in the Hudson Haunted House through out its production run until the dissipation of the organization in 1990. 12 Years later Scott teamed up with his brother Joshua along with Curtis Holman to start the Hudson Haunted Woods. Through out the 3 years the Hudson Haunted Woods operated (2002-2004) the success was able to benefit the community and many local charities, but due to the implementation of local ordinances and regulations forced the Hudson Haunted Woods production run to be cancelled. In 2005 Scott and Josh took both their experience and talents and joined forces with the Rhodhiss Haunted Park for 2 years (2005-2006) as a joint fund raising relief. Now 6 Years later Scott and Josh have reunited their ever increasing experience and talents to take the haunted industry to the next level of entertainment at Lake Hickory Haunts LLC.

Take exit 123B Hwy. 321 North to 5th traffic light, take left on Clement Blvd. NW will turn into 9th Ave. Dr. NW then Airport Rhodhiss Rd. go to stop sign, make left on Burke St. take first right Carolina Ave. Lake Hickory Haunts 1/4 mile on left.
From 321 South:
Take Granite Falls exit, make left on Archer St. go to stop sign make right on falls Ave. go to 1st traffic light, make left on 321A S Main St. go 1 traffic light make slight right onto Duke St. will turn into Burke St. after crossing Lake Hickory Bridge continue straight take 2nd right, Carolina Ave. Lake Hickory Haunts 1/4 mile on left.
