Young Harris College to Host Night of the Mountain Lion Reverse Raffle Thursday, Oct. 10, 2015

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – The Young Harris College women's basketball team will host the Night of the Mountain Lion Reverse Raffle Thursday, Oct. 10, in the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center.

Doors open at 6 p.m. At the event, guests will have the chance to sample the best dishes from the local area. Participating businesses include The Copper Door, Café Portofino, Jim's Smokin Que, Moschetto's, Ugly Mug Café, The Ridges Resort: The Oaks & The Blue Otter, The Chophouse of Hiawassee, Asiano, Walmart, Zaxby's, Brasstown Valley Resort, Paradise Hills Resort and Winery, Hightower Creek Vineyards, Crane Creek Vineyards, Chevelle's 69, Sodexo, Blimpie, Enrico's, Brothers at Willow Ranch and Bitter Creek. One person will win $5,000 and the winner need not be present.

Tickets are $50 each and one ticket per person is required for admission. The event is open to those age 21 or older. Only 350 tickets will be sold and less than 100 currently remain. All proceeds will benefit the Young Harris College women's basketball team. Tickets are available for purchase at either the YHC Recreation and Fitness Center or the Towns County Chamber of Commerce.
