The 3rd Annual Colorado Hard Cider Festival November 1st, 2014
I'm starting to see the posters around town. It's almost time for the Annual Hard Cider Festival. This is the perfect fall event held outside of Paonia, CO with those wonderful mountains as a back drop.
What a great end to the harvest season...to be sitting in an orchard listening to live music and sipping hard cider. Members of the Rocky Mountain Hard Cider Association will be there with their different brews ready to serve you.
This is a family friendly event. It's sponsored by Delicious Orchards. That's one mile west of Paonia on Highway 133. The festival starts at 11am and goes until 7pm.
Finders and Youngberg, Kipori Woods and The Solar Brothers will take the stage and play throughout the day. You can also enjoy a hard cider making demo, there are kids activities including a haunted orchard and there will also be a BBQ. Free camping is available in the orchard.
