FYI, these past few months look like the beginning of something wonderful. Many great deals are being made in Cape Coral, if you are looking for one of those great opportunities well here it is. There are now homes being sold under $100K in the area, dry lots are selling below $10K, freshwater lots are selling below $20K, and Gulf Access Lots are selling well below $100K.
