I looked up the multiple listing this morning to check out the statistics of home sales for March 2008 in Warwick township, Bucks County.,

There were 7 homes that settled in Warwick township   priced under $1000,000. This does not include sale by owners and new construction  not listed in mls. nor multi units.

The lowest price was $223,000 and highest price was $843,900.

The homes were on the market for an average of 39 days. ( Number of days from time it was listed to day it went under contract for sale.

There was a townhouse in Stover Mill that sold for $223,000, a townhouse in Windrush sold for $317,000 and a single house in Country Club Knoll sold for $340,000.
