The Promontory Club in Park City,Utah has been in operation for over 12 years now and the amenities are really starting to fill in. There are currently 16 homes pending sale and 40 homes sold in the past 12 months so activity seems to be accelerating. Prices on sold homes have ranged from $849,000 to $4,3 million dollars.
Vacant land has been equally strong with 82 lots currently for sale ranging in price from $99,500 to $1,400,000. 64 lots have sold in the past year with sales prices from $99,000 to $1,045,000.
Promontory is largely a second home community but has enough critical mass that there is a large number of primary residents as well. Located just over 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport, Promontory is the obvious choice for accessibility, value and lifestyle. Promontory is located in the South Summit School District though parents who would like their children to attend school in Park City can choose from the Weilenmann Charter School or the Park City Day School.
