A great home seller is always present, although nobody really ever sees him. He's Shinobi, walking silently on the ceiling while the unsuspecting buyer walks about in the house. He quietly throws shuriken of good will towards the buyer while lurking in the shadows. How can this be, you ask? How can a seller always be present?

Thoughtfulness. Planning. Effort. Imagination. These are qualities that allow you to be present, even when you're out at the mall or on the pier eating a corndog (yes, ninjas eat corndogs). They allow you to know that you're effecting events that are transpiring in your home, and they give you a greater chance of selling your house.
