As everybody knows the market is slow, but seems to be picking up. With lot and labor prices down, and the price of lumber at a all time low. It makes for a good case for a new homeowner to consider the possibility of building.

It might be cheaper to build? I'd argue, especially since I'm familiar with your quality of product, that with your company it's definitely less expensive to build right now than to buy. With other builders, maybe not so much.
