The Medina Real Estate Group closed on a Short Sale in the community of Regency Lakes in Coconut Creek, FL in the Subdivision of Osprey Point.  Irene Medina, listing marketer, listed the property in January of 2014 for $260,000.00. Property needed lots of work but had great potential. They received an offer in February for $245,000.00 which was submitted to the banks.
