Don’t be afraid your life will end; Be afraid that it will never begin

Good morning Bob. You are so right! When you are able to be fully engaged with your life, the world is a better place.

Bob -what a wonderful post... and great photos too... especially the first one. That one is very intriguing... as we get older, we learn what is important and how little time there really is.

I like the quote and your advice certainly applies to all of us regardless of our age.

I took the extra moments to 'like' the comments on this blog. I hope that others will do the same to provide a bit of additional support and some points for the bloggers who support your efforts.

Good morning Bob. I am taken by these words and agree. Living isn't always easy but it does matter more than anything.

The quote is accurate and well worth posting. I'm 63 and it seems that for everything I cross off my bucket list I add three more. An older fellow who I talk with and is very wise told me that my bucket list gets longer because as I get older I see the beauty in the world that I breezed right past when I was younger.

I love this quote Bob, reminds me of one of my favorites from Emerson, "We are always getting ready to live, but never living". 

Hi Bob, This is a great quote and I love your photo's. There is no time like the present to start LIVING. One of my favorite Emerson quotes is 'It's not the length of life, but the depth of life'. We don't know how much time God has given us on this earth but we should make it count.

     The other day, I was thinking that I had not been swimming in a Florida spring in a couple of months.  So, I went out to Wacissa, and put on shorts, and jumped right in to the icy cold water.     It didn't take two hours out of my day... and it was refreshing beyond words!

Your incredible quote by Grace Hansen is just what I needed today.  I listened to music and worked hard and felt like I got something done while I was filled with joy-life is just too short and often cruel!

I have always enjoyed talking with the older folks. They had a view of life one can only get by traveling through it.

I try to fit as much into each day as I possibly can, because we never know how much more time we get.  Kudos to you for doing the same.

So many folks never "live" as they are afraid to take that first step..so sad...
