Delaire Landing is a gated community .There is a guard on duty twenty four hours a day seven days a week It is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pennsylvania in the zip code 19114. Delaire landing is also a waterfront community located along the shores of the Delaware River . There are two beautiful pools open during the summer season where you can enjoy watching ships and boats sail by while enjoying a swim . There are tennis courts and many planned activities .There in an observation deck where many gather for entertainment and such . You may just enjoy the spectacular view if you wish.
Delaire Landing Condo Community offers a mini bus service to Septa trains to and from the station . There are also planned shopping trips. The grounds are perfectly manicured and when it snows the development is plowed . What a nice place to live . Ask anyone who lives there . They will tell you . Delaire Landing is a wonderful place to live .
