Fall Market Housing Data in Plymouth & Cape Cod

In Plymouth & Cape Cod, I have been sensing a lull or slowdown in homes for sale.  Activity levels seem to be slowing and I think it more than just seasonal adjustment. 

So I went to both MLS PIN and Cape & Islands MLS to take the temperature of October data back thru September and August.  Both of these tend to formally report data a month or so after the close of the month.  So October data are only through today October 15th.  Again just a snapshot but that is all I was looking to verify.

 

 

I looked at comparison averages of the last two months and up to October 15.  I looked at the following data only for single family homes:

              Avg. Selling Price

              Avg. Days On Market

    Selling Price:Original Price

 

(One would expect all percentages to be a positive number with the exception of Days On Market where the lower the better.)
