Nice job on this market report, Jo. 

It's not all bad news.  Fewer homes on the market should mean a lower absorption rate - your March list to sales price ratio is almost on par with January, which for us is typically a pretty slow month.  Your sold DOM looks to be holding its own.  Could be better, but it could be far worse.
