Avalon is currently experiencing a seller's market. It's difficult to write a commentary on the sales in Avalon because of the diversity in housing within the different sections of this neighborhood. There is everything from townhomes to large million dollar estates on acreage. Fortunately, the three homes that closed were all within the section known as the Meade of Avalon. Avalon draws buyers because of its prime location in the Cool Springs area. However, sellers must remember pricing is still paramount to securing a quick sale.
