Charles - I know this did not sell for $327,733. !!! How beautiful! I love brick homes! And this one is marvelous!

Charles, nice post! Love the links, giving us a peak at your local market inspires me to do the same.

I noted your price per square foot in Dunlora is running about $165 to $180. As a comparison, the same quality level of home in Seattle runs anywhere from $200 to $500 a square foot. Closer to me, in Issaquah, existing homes run about $200 to $250 a square foot.
