Snow Guns Ready To Go

By
Real Estate Agent with BHHS/Utah Properties 8528255-SA00

I took a ride up to Canyons Resort today and enjoyed a cup of coffee over near their soon to be ski beach.

There were some  hikers enjoying the beautiful fall weather and it hardly seems to be just a month or so from opening day.

Snow guns ready to go at Canyons

Anyone who lives here though knows just how quickly the weather can change and Canyons has their big snow guns out, primed and ready to go any day now.  I was at Deer Valley Resort the other day and they had their's out and ready to go as well.

You can also see one of the holes of the long awaited and now playable  Canyons golf course high up on the hill.

Within the next month or so we will seamlessy transition from golf to ski here in Park City, enjoy this beautiful fall weather while you can.

It would be great to see the before and after photos of this same spot after the snow falls to the ground. I find this to be very fascinating. Sometimes I wish we had snow guns in Texas, especially when it's consistently over 100 degrees. It was in the upper 90's two days ago and the 80s for the rest of the week.

Ron and Alexandra-not sure how we got here this fast, I'm already looking forward to  spring.

Peter-You to Peter and it has gotten noticeably colder here the last few days.

Beth-it happens pretty quick.  Looks like we  will get our first sticking snow this weekend.

Roger-summer passed way to quick,  ahhh to be back in July again.

Kevin-the golf courses are still open for the most part, but that will probably be over this weekend sometime.

Patricia-I will try to get another shot here in a feew weeks for  you.

Gabe-that is the good news...the cold that comes with it, not so good.

Bob-I lke to go there and relax every now and then when I have a few minutes.

Erin-I put up  with winter because we need it here, but I am far more of  a  summer person, already looking forward to spring.

Will-probably open I imagine.  The first openings here are proibably at least a few weeks away.

Debbie-our leaves are all gone, nothing left to wait for but the snow.

Jon-Actually Jon, Hawaii is the closest to heaven I have been, but Park City is pretty nice as well.
