I know. I'm as surprised as you are. But there really are only 10 weeks left in 2014 so it's definitely time to take a moment to reflect and another moment to make sure 2014 ends the way you want it to.
Your assignment: Re-evaluate your 2014 goals and make a list of what needs to be done to achieve them by year end.
- Perhaps last December you decided that you'd attend 20 networking events this year but you've only attended 14. Put "attend 6 networking events" on your list.
- Perhaps your goal was 18 sales but you've only achieved 16. "2 closings" makes the list along with whatever steps it takes to get your current clients buying or your current UCs to the closing table.
- If your 2014 goals included losing weight or increasing fitness and you haven't quite reached that, "Walk 45 minutes a day" or "Gym every morning" gets on your list.
There is still plenty of time to get your goals accomplished, but only if you act now!
