Here's a "Flip Video" interview with Nate Ellis, A California Lender, using "Mixpo" as the on-line editing and Production platform. I will be out of town for the next couple days, and wanted to leave you with a sample of some of the new tools being offered here at ActiveRain. Enjoy!! :-)
A Couple Quick Tips:
Mixpo editing software is the only one I have ever seen that allows you to embed links within your video. You can Create custom links to any Website, Blog, Email or Page on the Internet. Now this is truly cutting edge technology that "ANYONE" can understand and use.
You can click on the little green HD (High Def) on the lower right corner of the video for Higher resolution.
Once the video starts, you can click on the green buttons at the top to:
1. **INQUIRE: Send Email to the Video Creator
2. **MORE INFO: To see Video Full Screen, get links, read description, and more...
3. **SHARE: Send email to others, get embed code for video, or get the link URL.
In the upper right hand corner of the video is an icon which when clicked, makes video full screen, and in the lower right hand corner under the "HD" option, is an independent volume control. Watch for more information and instructional posts coming soon...
Another puddle of "Rain Drops" is formed at your doorstep! :-))

Brad, Interesting, Interesting, Interesting. That is two for two. I would work on the sound a little. AJ
Brad- great video... i liked the video clips that you embeded to make it look professional. I emailed Mixpo... but they never responded back to me... how can I start?
AJ - it's only my 3rd video, give a guy some slack! LOL!~ I know the sound sucked on this one. Nate spoke in a very soft voice, and I have such a BIG MOUTH, that the editing on voices was tough. I'm headed over to your blog to see how well yours are coming along! Maybe you can teach me a thing or three! :-))) Thanks my friend for being the first one out the gate to keep me in line! The next one I post should be much better sound wise!
Freddy - thanks! Just click on the link in the post that says new tools being offered here at ActiveRain. Youcan't get it directly from Mixpo, you need to go through AR. :-)
Brad, Thanks for the great tips. A combination of these tools and a blog, should drive traffic, hence clients, way up. Have a great couple of days off, and don't Twitter, just take a day off.

Hi Brad: Thanks for the video. I think this is going to be a great addition to the tools you have used to help so many on Active Rain. Thanks for sharing.
Brad thanks for posting our little video. I must say it is great! You probally didn't know it is Wayne Newton's Birthday Today - April 3rd. He is 66 Today.
Brad, Once again ActiveRain is out ahead of the curve as we are embarking on this great new expansion of choices to provide consumers with newer and better ways of receiving information. An awesome effort and I remain enthusiastic and appreciative all that you are bringing to us here on ActiveRain. Thanks Brad and we look forward to more and more as AR prepares to re-excite our world! ActiveRain Rocks!!!!!!!
Brad & Nate - kick a-- video - love the links and the HD on/off - nice. Mixpo is very cool! Any other info you feel like emailing --> nscott.fubmortgage.com.
Gary - thanks, I needed those days off! I appreciate the comment and you are soooo right. Between your Blog and some of these new tools, you should be able to drive your traffic way up, especially if you content is king!! :-)
Karen - you are the best! You have given me a great idea, I have one more interview video to post and then I think I'll try using the Video platform for some training on the Real Estate Technology side. What would I do without you motivating and inspiring me with new ideas from your comments! Thanks...don't ever change! :-)
Missy - I think it is ready now, they are just working on a couple things. Bob did a post recently how to get on board with Mixpo. Let me know if you need any assistance. Thanks for the well wishes for my days off. I had a blast, it's great to be back home though. I had to share a cabin with 8 bunk beds and eight guys in one room. 6 of them snored! I even have it on a digital recorder. LOL!!!
Monika - thanks for letting me know that, I am working on getting these fine tuned so I can help others to not suffer the same learning curves I am. Your comments and honest feedback is very important to me and to the other members who will run into some of these same issues. I will be doing a post with the Top 10 Tips of using Video on your Blog. Things to avoid, and things to incorporate. I appreciate you being honest about the volume, I had a feeling it was going to be a problem, but I will get that resolved by the next one. Thanks! :-)
Mike - yes you do, and you'll be happy you did. All this Video stuff is really easy once you do a couple of them. I'd be happy to help you out if you do get one of these! :-)
Larry - you can use still photos too. It doesn't have to be video, but imagine what you could do with video and Real Estate Listings, events, neighborhoods, floor plans, links to sites, and blogs, and internet pages etc. The possibilities are endless what you could do with a video camera in Real Estate.
Maureen - thanks! The large player i cool, but for those that have dial-up, the 320x240 might be the way to go. It's nice that Mixpo gives us that option. Thanks as always!! :-)
Vincent - my videos have been more for testing and trying out the Flip Video and Mixpo. I will keep them coming but hope to get a bit more creative on how to use them (in your business) with a variety of different ideas and applications. Virtual Tours, Community Events, Tutorials, Testimonials, stuff like that. Thanks for checking this stuff out. We need your comments, ideas and suggestions. Thanks! :-)
Doug - you won't have to, you got me here to do it for you. :))) My Blog is your Blog, I'll try and wrap my arms around all the stuff that's out there, and share it here for you and others. Fasten your seatbelt my friend... :-)
