Grocery Shopping and Listing Homes in West Sacramento

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

It looks like I will have to take my poor stubbed toe and go to the grocery store today. The horrors. Grocery shopping is not something I do. My husband does it, but he's in Chicago visiting relatives and if I don't want to deal with take-out, I will have to step into a grocery store and wander aimlessly the aisles. I don't know where everything is in the store which, if I possessed that knowledge, would make a distasteful grocery shopping event much more efficient. So that's two strikes.

Lots of people enjoy grocery shopping. I'm not one of them. There is nothing delightful about squeezing a head of lettuce or filling a bag with tomatoes. Some shopping experiences are much more interesting and fun like shopping for shoes at Nordstrom Galleria, for example. But not for toliet paper or cat litter. Not to mention, generally I don't have time during the week for grocery shopping because I am a full-time Sacramento real estate agent with more listings than I can count on both hands and both feet.

At least my toes are recently manicured, even my stubbed toe. I promised to take another lising in West Sacramento tomorrow, and I hope I can wear a pair of shoes to my appointment. You can read more about my manicure and pedicure and what happened when I was at the nail salon in my personal blog today about The Housewives of Homes in West Sacramento.

Morning Elizabeth I for one like grocery shopping.  If I lived close I would go for you but alas I don't.  Anyway believe it or not new items are being stocked on the shelves almost everyday.  Go forth and wear your name tag who knows you may get another client

Hi Elizabeth.  Somebody needs Prozac or padded walls.  I don't think I would have been as patient as you.

Oh my, Elizabeth.  That type of call should really speed up your hair drying as the blood heats up the head.

James Dray I would not dream of wearing my name tag to the grocery store. In fact, I never wear it. LOL. I like to wander about incognito. I don't wear makeup, my clothes are a mess, and I LIKE it that WAY.

Conrad Allen Patience -- you know, I once tried to learn how to sew because I thought that would teach me patience, but my garment ended up shredded in the trash can. I think just sneaks up on you when you get older. You think you don't have any and then poof, one day it appears.

Gabe Sanders There wasn't much else to do while sitting under the nail dryer. It's not like I could read a magazine because wet nails will get smudged. Perhaps I would have reacted differently under different circumstances.

Serving on our HOA Board, I can tell you, rage about these minor things can get out of control.  Perhaps rage-maniac lady realized she had nothing but anger.  She can't do anything.
