3. Syndication and re-syndication of video and posts through distribution channels and networks

4. Consolidate all of this information into one big giant 24-7 show all, tell all categorized video portal.

How can all this be done? By the development of a corporate Video Based Blog or VLOG and the proper personal to make it happen. Let's take a look.

Most brokers will ask, well why can't I just get a "HD" camcorder and shot my own video or get my uncle to shot some video and we will put it up on Youtube? @Lisa @Paul @Steve   I believe you will see the growth of new media marketing companies, of the likes of IPTVBoyz,  that fill the marketing needs of people who want to be prevalent on the web.  I assure you that Real Estate Companies that follow the lead on creating their own IPTV video based knowledge based portals will do well for their companies as well as their brokers and  and their brand.  Everybody wants the "Easy Button....we all know that blogging is hardly that and......add the complexities of video production-editing and trans-coding as well as syndicating issues to the web and it is not a task for the light hearted.  

I have made presentation to real estate companies.  Some get it and some still can not see the light past the inside of their caves.  These same companies have wasted 100's of thusands of dollars on totally worthles PR companies and newsprint...and yet that cant see the brillance and the longevity that one abtains form placing branded data, branded video and branded knowledge into the greatest single marketing vehicle since the Gutenberg Press...it's truly revolutionary so much that most peole's brains still do NOT get it.  The next TV is already in the hands of an entire Generation...the phone..iPhone, Smart phones...TV and information on demand anywhere and anytime. As I said, if you are not on the web you are not anywhere.
