The St. Paul Real Estate Blog will be hosting the 3rd Carnival of Real Estate for consumer content.  This is different than the other real estate carnival in that we are recognizing content that is for consumers, not for other real estate professionals. 

Entries are due by 12:00 CST time on Monday Feburary the 19th and will posted on The St. Paul Real Estate Blog by noon on Tuesday the 20th.
