Being the slow learner I am it took me years to get it right, and I learned from interviewing a Realtor who is one of the top 10 agents out of 27,000 just like I have suggested that you do the same thing.
Spending 40 minutes with one of the best agents in your market place will benefit you far more than reading an entire book with 157 pages, and that interview takes far less time than reading an entire book.
You see I enjoy helping other people, I enjoy learning from other people, and when I learn something and then pass it along to you, and when you go do what is suggested 98% chance you will learn, benefit, and profit from it also. That is one of the unique benefits about the residential real estate business, all you have to do is go talk with someone who earns five or ten times more than you and – POOF you are on your way.
