    Joey, That doesn't seem like a bad price for you neck of the woods.  Here it would probably be about half that but I always think of your pricing being more than half of ours.  Seems like a good deal.

    Marchel: You're absolutely right, that's a good price. A home like this could have sold for $280,000 or more 2 1/2 years ago. I think home prices in general will continue to slide, but I have no idea if homes will continue to drop from prices this low. Let's see.
