10/20/14 - LATEST UPDATE ON HOMES FOR SALE IN SCOTTSDALE'S WHISPER RIDGE
Here are two of the floorplans coming to PHASE 1 of Whisper Ridge. These homes will be sold on 1 acre minimum lots in the gated community of Whiper Ridge located near 136th Street and Shea Road in Scottsdale, AZ. Pricing has not yet been established.

Whisper Ridge is a new home community coming to Scottsdale, AZ at 136th Street and Shea Boulevard. The community will feature great mountain views, city light views, gated entry, large preserved Sonoran Desert parcels and beautiful homes to be build by Standard Pacific Homes.
Standard Pacific has informed me that the first homes coming available at Scottsdale's Whisper Ridge will be built on 39 1-acre home sites. These homesites will include large portions of NAOS (Natural Area Open Space) with Sonoran Desert preserve. The homes are large single-story floorplans of 3,400-4,500 square foot. Pricing has not yet been set by Standard Pacific for these new high-end, large, single-story floorplans to be built in the first phase of Whisper Ridge in Scottsdale, AZ. These 3,400-4,500 sf floorplans on 1-acre lots will be coming available in the Fall of 2014 or possibly Spring, 2015.
