98038 Real Estate Maple Valley Home Sales

Closed Real Estate sales for Single Family Homes in the greater Maple Valley market area through the month of September 2014 dropped from their peak in August. Sales numbers are fairly on par with totals for 2013 over the same time frame.

Generally speaking, numbers are staying fairly steady, no huge spikes or drops in prices or units closed.
