304820_2352576791540_89815210_nMarket stats for Carroll County in the State of New Hampshire’s…3rd quarter indicators are reporting mixed reviews; residential markets are down in volume and slightly up in median sales price…condominium markets are down in volume and median sales price…vacant land parcels are up in volume and down in median sales prices, while commercial markets show a decrease in sales volume while the average sales price rises by 23%. Carroll County stats areis all over the board, market inventory remains high while interested and qualified buyers remain nominal for the Lakes Region secondary markets. It will be interesting to see how 2014 year-end measures up with last year’s data…only time will tell!
