Market report and Homes sold in Chlfont boro Bucks county in July 2014 . Chalfont is located in Bucks County Pa. There are homes in all price ranges in Chalfont boro . I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in July 2014.

I looked for residential listings sold.

There were 7 homes that settled in July 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 387,332 and lowest sale price was $135,000

The average original list price was $290,624 The average last list price was $289,480

The average sale price was $283,619.

The homes were on the market for an average of 73 days.

Sheila and Barbara, I do not write about Chalfont boro often. It is located in Central Bucks district.

Cheryl, I mention township in my report to distinguish it from post office address. eg Warminster post office covers parts of Warwick township as well as Warminster township. One is located in Central Bucks school district and one is in Centennial school district.
