South Riding Mid Week Update 10/18/2014 - 10/22/2014

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 78 active listings. 2   homes listings new this week;1 traditional sale town home and 1 traditional sale detached home.  3 homes went under contract; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 short sale detached home.  No  homes sold. I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
