Sales volume has seen slippage since the last two years, while median sales price has stayed stable and average sales prices showed an increase over the same period last year.

With interest rates remaining low and a good selection of inventory, buyers will continue to find the home of their dreams on Oahu.

Sellers will find their homes selling, with proper marketing and correct pricing.  If they are over priced and are not properly prepared they may sit on the market for an extended period of time.

Jeremy - I think amny markets in the same situation.  Prices holding, volume down some.  A normal market as opposed to the crazy one we had a couple of years ago.
