Denver Market Update - September 2014
The Denver real estate market is experiencing the seasonal slowdown, yet the inventory decreased for the month of September. Denver saw a 7% decrease in listings. Sold property saw a 14% decrease as well as the under contract properties (7% decrease) over the prior month. The days on market increased by two days - still very low at 30 days. It has not been the weather, we are enjoying beautiful warm weather.
Sales compared to last year, sales decreased 3%. The active listings compared to last year have decreased 19%. There are homes going under contract very quickly if they are priced fairly and show well.
