I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful Ice House Lofts near downtown Tucson yesterday during a broker open and I was blown away.
The lofts, located at 1001 E 17th Street, were crafted out of an old cold storage building by Rob Paulus, one of Tucson's premiere architects, in 2005. What he created is industrial and hip with exposed duct work and beams as well as green and very efficient.
The listing we previewed yesterday took two loft spaces and created one incredible home. It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom loft with 3916 square feet, listed at $800,000. Your own private courtyard leads into the space -
On the first level are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms behind a gourmet kitchen and large, open living space
Two metal staircases take you to the upstairs level where you'll find a master suite and office/bedroom space, two bathrooms, laundry, huge master closet and a large sitting area:
View of the downstairs space from the upstairs loft:
Pictures just don't do this home justice - you have to see it in person and I would love to show it to you. I have a feeling this home won't last too long. Properties like this are quite rare in downtown Tucson. I'd hate for you to miss out! Give me a call at 520-314-8078.
