Choose from 4 different tours and view sample homes for sale. Take a guided bus tour or drive a tour yourself in your own car with direction package. To take a guided bus tour, sign up for a tour at the registration table when you enter the school. |
In order to qualify for the $3000 grant you will need to participate in the event, have your pass stamped at some of the homes and be one of the first 50 participants who close on a house within 90 days of the event! (Additional restrictions apply.
If you aren't familiar with Baltimore City and it's neighborhoods this is a great opportunity for you to bring your family and tour the west side neighborhoods, look at some homes and learn what it takes to buy a home by participating in the seminars and visit many of the vendors in the hall along your way to the buses that will take you on a guided tour.
The Buying into Baltimore home buying fair is an excellent opportunity for our military relocatees to see neighborhoods in Baltimore City in a positive and informative way, to visit a great cross section of homes for sale and learn more about living in Baltimore City. Baltimore City is about 20 miles north of Ft. Meade and about 30 miles south of Aberdeen Proving Ground and close to many National Guard locations throughout the City and neighboring communities. Baltimore City provides affordable housing opportunities for those trying to stretch their BHA.
