If you have been keeping up, you know that it has been more than a week since the last entry to this series... That is because I have been trying to actually do the items in each post, and it has taken me a little longer than a week on several of them. Truth be told, I'm still not done! That clutter thing in week one and two is still my nemesis, but I WILL conquer it and I WILL have a place for everything and put everything in its place!
For this week, we are going to do something much more simple than the first four weeks! We are going to laugh! It has long been said that laughter is the best medicine.. Laughter relieves tension, stress, and anxiety. It releases endorphins, which is the chemical in the body that makes you feel great. Laughter also is healing.
How can you laugh more, you ask? First, start with a smile. Then, loosen up and don't take things too seriously. It also helps to spend time with funny people or kids... Spend more time doing things that are fun like watching a funny movie ( one of my favorite things to do), or reading a funny book.
If you can laugh every day, not only will your mood will improve, but your body, mind, and soul will reap the great health benefits of this wonderful natural medicine.
