Has anyone else ever wondered what the heck the blue words that you have to re-type mean?  I decided I was going to try and figure it out.  So, for my last 10 comments I made I wrote down the 10 words and now am looking them up at dictionary.com

  1. pollia- no results found.
  2. sansho-
    Part of Speech:   n
    Definition:   See Szechuan pepper
  3. Bakuri- no results found.
  4. Yucca--noun
any plant belonging to the genus Yucca, of the agave family, native to the warmer regions of America, having pointed, usually rigid, sword-shaped leaves and clusters of white, waxy flowers: the state flower of New Mexico.
  5. Apple-noun
the usually round, red or yellow, edible fruit of a small tree, Malus sylvestris, of the rose family.
  6. Pedalai- no results found.
  7. Mabolo-  noun (Bot.) A kind of persimmon tree (Diospyros discolor) from the Philippine Islands, now introduced into the East and West Indies. It bears an edible fruit as large as a quince.
  8. khirni- no results found.
  9. satin-leaf- no results found(when they are hyphenated together.)
  10. genipap- noun
a tropical American tree, Genipa americana, of the madder family, bearing an edible fruit used for preserves or in making beverages.

So, it conclusion, it seems that there is some sort of correlation between the real words.  They all have some sort of relationship to either plants, fruits, vegetables, or treees.  However, there are also a bunch of words that we type that have no meaning.  Look on the bright side, the words definitely beat yahoo's security letters & numbers.  So many times it take me multiple tries because I cannot decypher what want me to type!!!

Am I weird because I did this?  Probably some will think yes,  but hopefully others have thought the same.  If you have ever wondered this same thing please let me know.

Also, what word did you type to post your comment?  And what does it mean?
