Doing an Archaeolgical Dig And You Can Help Me

Ginny: Being helpful when we expect nothing in return always comes back to us in a positive manner. I hope the dig finds what they are seeking.

Good morning Ginny. I wonder if they will be humming or singing that old Randy Travis tune, "Digging Up Bones"... ???

Ginny, One of the perks of doing all those community posts, we become the go to people for others (including other agents) wanting HOA contact info.  I can't count the number of times one of our subdivision posts has led to a title company or loan officer calling us looking for HOA contact info. 

Like I always say ... if you've been in this business a while you'll eventually think you've seen or heard it all and then some day someone contacts you for archaeological dig assistance.

We fully expect dinosaur skeletons to be a feature very soon...let the digging begin !

Ginny, we do get calls other than buyers and sellers, and can be quite interesting.   Keep us posted on this one!

Ginny I bet that was a request that you were expecting.  But it is good that he found you and you were able to help him.

Because of the diverse topics in the community we blog about, people assume we are the 'go to' person. Not a bad thing at all!

I do get very unusual phone calls too. I had someone the other day looking for info and could not understand why I answered. He was rather perplexed about it as he wanted some historical office in the city. I explained to him why, but he just did not get it. Oh well. Maybe he will change his mind?
