For about 15 years I’ve sold real estate in Bonita Springs Florida. I’ve seen a lot of buyers and sellers come and go and there is one solid way to separate real estate buyers from time gobbling, tire kickers, the dreaded “Call us if anything comes up …”. There isn’t a real estate agent in town who hasn’t heard that from a real estate buyer getting out of their car and knowing they’d never see or hear from that person again.

Chris, I like the comments that say put them on a drip campaign. It doesn't cost anything and it might produce results. You never know. After all, they do have an interest in real estrate or you wouldn't have run into them in the first place.

Of course, they do. 'Call me if you find a deal!' Everyone wants THE deal. Funny thing, if you do know about a good deal, they not necessary ready to jump in.
