Good News this month in Pocono Pines Real Estate. The Average Sold Price went up and the Number of Homes sold went up when compared to September 2013
and from August of this year.

↑The Average Sold Price in Pocono Pines for September 2014 was $308k, UP 6.6% from $288k for September 2013, A very nice rise Indeed!!
The Average Sold Price for Monroe County for September was $143k
NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD IN POCONO PINES:
↑The Number of Homes Sold in Pocono Pines for September 2014 was 14, UP from 10 in August and UP 16.7% from September 2013. Glad to see this Local market is following the County wide trend.
The Number of Homes Sold in Monroe County for September was 224.
YEAR TO DATE STATISTICS FOR POCONO PINES 2014:
The Average Sold Price in the Pocono Pines PA Real Estate Market Report for 2014 is $263k down 2% from $268k for YTD 2013. We are glad to see that the year to date prices are only down 2%. There is hope that this Market could be even by the end of the year!
The Average Sold Price year to date in Monroe County is $131k.
The Number of Homes Sold in the Pocono Pines PA Real Estate Market Report for 2014 is at 76 homes, exactly the same as where we were at for YTD 2013 at this time of year.
Other Important Statistics to consider when reviewing the Pocono Pines PA Real Estate Market Report for September 2014 are:
