Missy.  I believe it was a combination of "The Sky is Falling" media reports, the extreme difficulty of getting mortgage loans, and the slow rate at which prices are adjusting.  Whew.

I looked at these statistics last evening just to get a handle on the trend for 2008.

Lenn, while sales volumes are most certainly way down from a year ago, it's good to see a slight bump up in both # of sales and prices from February to March.

Brian, Brian, Brian.  As long as the prices stay up, the buyers will stay at home.  We are not yet at parity for incomes and average prices.  Not yet.
