Keeping current on the market

I need advise. I am looking for some really good resources, beside the MLS, for market trends. Do you have a website or other resource you use to put together a current market trend analysis for buyers and sellers. I know the resources on the MLS are good tools but often seen by the public as biased.

I would like to include outside sources with graphs and visuals as well to my data- Thank you for any advise you can send my way!
