Relocating To Mason Ohio And Need A Real Estate Agent?

Another Mason Ohio relocation completed!Time for a job change and you're heading to the Cincinnati area?  Mason Ohio is the #1 choice for many people moving to the Cincinnati area!  Rated #7 Best Small City to Live by Money magazine recently, the Mason area is packed with great reasons to call it home:

If you're coming to Mason on a corporate relocation, chances are the relocation company will want to assign you an agent.  Now here's what they won't tell you:  YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK WITH THAT AGENT!  What they also won't tell you is that the relocation company is taking a huge chunk of the agent's commission for the opportunity to work with you!

You DO have a choice!  Depending on your corporation's relo package, there may be NO downside to selecting your own agent and not using the relo company's agent.  You still get full benefits for your move AND full freedom to pick your own agent.

OR if you HAVE to use an agent contracted by the relo company to get full benefits, you can still ask for us!  That's right, ask for us by name and the relo company will add us to their approved list for you!  We've worked with various relo companies to help buyers find the right Mason home for them!  It just takes a little push from you and we're at work helping you find that perfect fit!

And to get started with your Mason home search, you can either visit our website to Search Cincinnati MLS for Mason Homes For Sale, or visit our Pinterest board of Mason Ohio Communities to get a broad selection of what various Mason communities are available.  And if new construction is your preference, we can help with matching you with the right community and builder!

Just give us a call at 513-520-5305 to find out if we're the right agents for you!

Good morning BLiz !!!  I usually frown when I see self promotions but I think you've taken a very positive approach and I really enjoyed reading it….

Paul, We wanted to clear up some of the misunderstandings about relocation and selecting an agent.  While we're not big fans of paying the relo companies "tax" when buyers have already found us and established a business relationship with us prior to relo company intervention, we'll do it to make sure our clients have full benefits for their relocation.

BLiz: Letting consumers know what their options are can really make a difference in the quality of agent they get or are able to choose. In Mason Ohio, my choice would be The Liz Spear Team.

Anita, We've lost business because home sellers and buyers thought they had no choice to but to use the relo company's designated agent, but they DO have options and we can be that option.

Sybil, No argument here.  If we don't make ourselves known we can't be found by those that most need our services.

Bliz, nine out of ten don't know how it all works, they're excited, nervous, anxious all at the same time but yes, relo buyers can choose the Realtor they wish to work with.

Bliz, I get calls from relo buyers all the time who are working with a relo company and not happy with the current agent. They end up trying to get info on their own to compensate for what the relo agent doesn't know. Unfortunately, so many of these buyers are reluctant to go with a more knowledgeable agent. The only one who benefits from a relo companies involvement is the relo company when they get 40-50% of the agent's commission.

Beth, And we wish more would make that choice.  Hopefully this helps them understand what their options are.

Tammie, The relo companies have quiet the deal set up for themselves.  They don't have to introduce us to the buyers and still collect a healthy portion of our paycheck.  I totally get it when they create the relationship, but when it's our web presence that gets us found and the buyer wants to work with us, why should we be taxed by the relo company?  But we're also not going to risk our client's benefit package.
