Lake Norman Luxury Home Sales Summer 2014 over $2 million
The summer of 2014 saw 13 homes on Lake Norman sell in excess of $2 million. All were in Cornelius and Mooresville and waterfront only, which is no surprise. The highest was on Jetton Road which garnered $3.9 million at 10,000 sq ft.
The Point in Mooresville, NC saw the most of the premium sales with the Peninsula in Cornelius, NC coming in second.
The Lake Norman real estate market has been on a steady incline and we believe this trend to continue going into 2015. It is a very desirable region to live with the Uptown Charlotte area only 20 minutes away, the Blue Rdige Mountains a short 1 1/2 hr drive, and the Carolina coast only 3 1/2 hr drive.
