"You Need What I Got When I Bought A New Home In Woodbridge"

I knew for sure that I wanted a newly built house, not a used house when I bought a house in Woodbridge.

I was talking about getting a new house with my buddy Big Jim because he had bought a new house from a builder a few years ago.  Jim said the best thing he did was have Erick Blackwelder as his realtor to represent him when he got his house.

At one site the builder's agent was pushing a row of townhouses on me really hard.  Erick pointed out that those townhouses backed to Route 1.  He said in all his years selling homes he never had anyone ask for a home that backed to a busy road.

When we found my house it was a finished vacant house in a row of townhouses.  All of the other townhouses in the row were sold and the owners had moved into them.  Erick negotiatied for me to get a free finished basement, $10,000 off the price, and $12,000 from the builder to pay ALL of my closing costs.  I used my VA benefits mortgage to buy the house with no money down.  

I went to closing, I bought my house with no money down and I got $2,000 cash back.
