Robert - not quite on a lake but has lake access to beautiful Canadian Lakes and right by a golf course.  Beautiful setting.

Lola-Energy efficient homes and solid construction lend to those low heating costs... it's amazing!  It's about $400.00 a year for snow removal etc... for the association.

Hi Tammy - this is an excellent example demonstrating that adding green features or energy efficiency doesn't HAVE to be more expensive. This is a good size home with great features and look at that price! Wow~!  and I would love to trade energy bills with them!

I just e-mailed you and then found this!!...Closer to Grand Rapids/Landsing area and more of a ranch style single story.. But this is almost just what we are looking for!!!
