Our 1031 exchange activity is up, our phones are ringing off the hook, we are struggling to keep up with emails requesting information on 1031 exchanges (many about how to report prior transactions on their income tax forms).  This just puts you in a great mood.  We have weathered yet another market cycle.  We still have a long way to go, but the toughest part is behind us. 

And then, I get the great news that the attorney we have been talking to in Hawaii has agreed to join Exeter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC and open our branch office in Hawaii for us!  We are really having a great month.  That brings us to eleven (11) 1031 exchange offices nationwide!
