Snyder's Mill is part of the larger Silver Springs community in Park City and remains one of the most popular subdivisions in town for primary homeowners. Most homes here range from around $550,000 to the upper six figures with an occasionl home over $1 million.
Snyder's Mill has a different feel than many communities in Park City and is the only major subdivision with sidewalks, making it a popular choice for families.

Recreation options include Park City's 3 world class ski areas as well as scores of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails during the simmer months and the numerous area golf courses, including the recently completed 18 hole Canyons resort golf course. Jordanelle reservoir is about 15 minutes away for summer boating activities and all of the local ski resorts, as well as the Olympic Sports Park, have something going on in the summer months including lift served mountain biking, zip lines, drop towers, mountain bike parks, alpine slides and more. Cnyder's Mill is also walking and biking distance to the crown jewel of Park City's parks, Willow Creek Park with sports fields, playgrounds, tennis courts, dog park, skating pond and more.
