Stover Mill is a wonderful community of townhomes in Warwick township, Bucks county in Central Bucks school district.

There are 2 and 3 bedroom homes with different floor plans. Some have basements.

I looked up the mls this morning and found 5 active listings. there is a 2 bedroom home listed for $169,500. There are four 3 bedroom homes listed for beteen $200,000 and $212,900.

The homes have been on the market for an average of 75 days.

there are 3 pending sales right now. they were on the market for an average of 48 days.

The lowest list price was $139,900 and highest price was $199,000.

There were 7 homes that sold in last six months. The lowest sale price was $152,900 and highest sale price was $217,000.

These were on the market for an average of 30 days.

Gita, Good and easy to understand market report regarding the Stover Mill Townhomes. The last seven townhomes were only on the market for 30 days is a very low number meaning these units turnover very quickly.
