As of March 25, 2008, I am pleased to announce that I have earned the Ecobroker Certified Designation. This means that I have taken steps to add an additional VALUE-ADDED service to what I offer to both buyers and sellers, and can explain and counsel on the significance of considering the green significance to real estate today.

Richard - Good for you ! We had an EcoBroker today at our sales meeting from one of our other offices - I understand that you can acheive this on-line - what is the URL for that site please?

After Taxes and Insurance the next question being asked is how much have the current owners paid for water and electric and natural gas or propane. People are getting very 'green' in their thinking.

Everything you read about today stresses the GREEN value. Look at the number of ads for everything from carpeting, furniture, appliances, alternative energy, mold remediation, cleaning with green products, etc. Greening saves a homeowner money, improves health, and adds potential value to home buyers. It's a WIN-WIN situation!
